A Proven Management Approach
Lodging Enterprises, LLC’s corporate level functions are performed in Wichita, Kansas. The company’s hotels are segregated into regions, each having a regional manager to direct operations.
Individual hotels are run by an on-site general manager who oversees the hotel’s business operations including hiring, training and supervising of hotel personnel. Nearly all of the general managers were promoted to their positions after rising through Lodging Enterprises’ ranks. The majority of them have been in their current positions for five years or more.
